How late is too late to order a BM dress from David's Bridal, for October 26th brides?

I was in a wedding in September, we ordered our dresses in January and they came in May so that was almost 4 months, I would order latest by the end of this month.

They told me the other day that most of the dresses we are looking at can take 10-12 weeks to come in. One of my BMs ordered hers and had it within a few weeks. I would say you want to allow some time for alterations if needed so no later than 4 months. Most likely they will come in earlier but you never know.

My wedding is on the 13th, and they told me by mid June, my dresses are black though and ship quickly. But I am sending a reminder to the girls this week, I think 5 of 7 still need them the other two have them

I was told our dresses are 6-8 weeks turnaround as they are the most popular color (Apple). My wedding dress only took 4 weeks when I was told 10-12, so....

I've got one BM that just had surgery so she won't be able to order her dress until June at the earliest (she's on steroids that are making her weight go crazy, so she wants it to settle first). I'm starting to get nervous because not a single one of mine have ordered them. I'm going to send them a reminder in 2 weeks that it's time to get a move on.

We ordered in Feb and my girls will be getting them end of June.
My mom iis ordering her dress this Friday to have it by end of August. It all depends on the manufacturer. i was told they hold the order until they have X qty in that style/color to make. I would order by the end of this month at the very latest.

I realllllly hope so because we're doing alterations in August. I am beyond upset that I had to add this dumb b!tch to my wedding party but WHATEVER......
