Wedding Bootcamp?

Hi, ladies.Have any of you participated in Wedding Bootcamp?  I've been passively thinking about it.  I think I can afford to join for a month...What kind of results did you experience?  Would you recommend the program? Thanks,J

I actually started mine a few weeks ago and have gone through 9 sessions and I already feel amazing!  My mile time has improved and I definitely have more strength.  There are a bunch of different programs downtown, but I'm doing one through my local park district (it's for 3 months) Hope this helps!

I did the Unicus Bootcamp for 3 months. Overall it did whip me into shape. Especially my arms and chest. I think it would have been even more effective if I would have ate better.

I would definitely recommend it. I have been doing the unicus program and after 3 weeks I can feel a difference in the way my dress fits. It's definitely an intense class but I would say it's worth it.

I'm doing a "general" boot camp at the local park district, and even that is kicking my butt.  I honestly think they are really hard when you're there, but man, do i feel tons better when I'm done.  Definitely worth it.  I just started, but think it's easily the best way to get into shape-- I always do better in group classes vs. being on the treadmill at the gym.  I can't slack as much that way.  :)

I highly recommend Unicus Wedding Bootcamp.  I found that I definitely firmed up and noticed my strength, in general, was much better.  I also did cardio on off days.

Thank you so much for your input everyone!  I might try to do this a little closer to our date. J

I have also been passively thinking about it. I have heard that the sessions are so tough that many brides drop out because they are so difficult and those who don't regularly go to the gym are let down mentally because they can't achieve what the instructors are asking them to do. I have also thought about just getting a personal trainer at a gym.
