  Hey I actually got most of my candy from Bylar's, which is in Dover. I also ordered rock candy, suger dadies, and wax bottles from Oriental Trading. I found giant pixy stix and ring pops at Sam's. The best find was the candy cigerettes from a candy shop on the boardwalk in Rehobath (huge hit!). In total, I had about 28 kinds of candy, and I spent about $300 for candy. I know the girls on the board recommended a place in Wilmington, but I never made it up there. Bylars was very cheap - I cant remember weight wise what I bought, but about 3/4 a shopping cart of candy was about $200. I originally wanted to color code my candy buffet with white, lavender, and purple candy but I had a terrible time finding candy in those colors locally. I made a mock order on a few different candy websites, and the shipping just about doubled my order - it was going to be appx $1000 in candy of my colors. So we decided to do a retro theme, and it was a huge hit. I have very little candy left - they even took half of my dum-dum lolli tree I would say I had almost 2 rubbermaid bins full of candy for 120 people, but the buffet was huge - it was about 16 foot long and my venue and photographer told me the largest by far they have ever seen. People ate it all night long, and took bags home for the kids Just a few things I got - regular pixy stix, giant pixy stix, fun dip, runts, wax bottles, jaw breakers, mike&Ikes, big gum balls, sweettarts, candy cig's, big swirly lolli pops, bottle caps, pink/yellow/blue buttons on strips of paper. Dont know if you bought containers or boxes yet, but Im selling it all... I have all 28 glass containers and about 150 white chinese boxes (with so much long candy, I ended up buying personalized bags).
