So, I just needed to vent! I had my bachelorette party this past Saturday and we used RJ Limo in Wantagh. They were awful!!The driver had no GPS and expected us to give him directions, his driving skills were horrible, we kept jerking around and he even tried backing up 2 blocks whick turned out not to work so well. There was supposed to be a stocked bar and there was only Bud light cans and pepsi!! He got us to our final destintion 40 min late, not because of traffic, but because he had no idea where he was going. He actually stopped people on the street to ask for directions!But the worst part was that I called the company on Sunday afternoon and left a message...no one called me back. Called again yesterday afternoon, spoke with someone, he said the manager would call me back later that night...no call. So this afternoon I had to go there to gete someone to talk to me. We had paid for the day of our weding, which at this point I was cancelling. I got an attitude when I got there and all they kept saying was what a great reputation they have. They need to work on their manners and customer service. Just thought I'd share my story with anyone who was thinking of booking with them.RJ LIMOS SUCK!!!
