Wording for Favors

Hi all, I need any advice you can give!  :)

We are having two different favors, one will be actual glassware/drinking glasses for the adults and the other will be koozies for everyone.  I am trying to come up with something to frame to state that they are favors and that adults only are to take a glass and everyone is free to take a koozie.  Maybe something catchy, rhymes, whatever.

TIA!

  • My advice would be to have it available to all- I cannot think of a nice way for you to phrase that.

<div>Ditto. And even if you were to make something that stated the glasses were for the adults only, there's nothing stopping anyone from taking them.</div>

  • Usually there's leftover favors anyway, so I wouldn't stress.  Just make them available for everyone.  Some will take one, some will take the other, few will take both - I'm guessing you'll still end up with leftovers!

  • I'm guessing you just don't want little kids running around with glass for safety reasons?  If their parents are halfway responsible they wouldn't let them do this anyways.  And if the parents can't control their kids, a sign telling them they are only for adults isn't going to change their parenting style.  I would just not say anything.  Typically there are favors left over.
  • Thanks Girls!  I  have been debating on whether to put anything or not and if I did what it would even say.  Nothing is probably the answer.   You are more than right Volleygurl, I didn't want kids running around with them, plus we were trying to buy just enough for the adults instead of getting enough for everyone.  I'm sure we will have stuff left over or I guess if someone doesn't get one, they will have to get over it.

    Thanks for the responses!
