E-Ring Insurance Help

I recently got engaged and my fiance and I have been looking into insurance for the e-ring. The place we get our renter's insurance from has a policy in which they buy the replacement ring and they decide where the ring is from. My ring is from Tiffany's and ideally if anything happened to it, we'd want to replace it with another Tiffany's ring.Does anyone know of any insurance companies that allow the insured to choose where the ring is from? Or even they would cut a check for the value of the ring so that the insured can replace it?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My e-ring is insured through State Farm.  We pay some percentage of how much the ring is worth every year.  If something were to happen to the ring that was not covered under my lifetime ring warranty (theft, lost, etc) then the insurance company would (I think) give us the money to replace the ring with one of our choosing.  Whe we signed up we had the ring appraised and took pictures and gave everything to the insuranc company. Hope that helps!

My brother is a jeweler (We got my ring from him) and he reccomends Jewelers Mutual.  They only charge around $10 for every $1000 the ring is appraised for.  And, if anything happens you get to choose where you get your ring from.
