Is about 10 minutes away from me in Stapleton, CO. 

You know I'm entering the giveaway every damn day. Green or not, it's a spiffy house, and I want it.

    Which will be good, because I'm sure the property taxes are astronomical. 

    Also, if you go look at it, HGTV claims the mountains are a 30-minute drive.

    They're not. People totally lie about how long it takes to get places.

    BMom - I love it when I tell my cws that I want to leave at a certain time to get to a meeting and they are all like, "It only takes 30 minutes to get there!" Um, I know how long it takes and they are always late, so we ride seperately.

    I'm convinced they know how slow they drive up here, but they aren't about to tell anyone. Or it's people who don't live here, looking stuff up on Google Maps and thinking that they all drive a reasonable speed.
