Not sure if this has been asked yet...Who gets a tip the day of the wedding as far as hair, makeup, limo driver, band...who am I forgetting and how much do they usually get?  I don't want to forget anyone!

    You generally tip 15-20% to those who are working for someone/don't own their own business. If they own their own business you don't need to tip. (Unless you feel obliged to.)
