Hi Ladies!!I am back! The wedding and weather were absolutely wonderful. I could not have asked for a better day. There were a few snafus: a huge car accident on the Bay Bridge that caused some people to miss the ceremony, one guest's car broke down 50 ft from the toll, and my mom forgot my bra and shoes at her her house 1 hr and 45 min away (luckily my old neighbor hadn't left for the wedding and grabbed it and the ceremony only started a few minutes behind schedule). Maybe it was a blessing in disguise because the later I was running, the more people could get across the bridge and make it to the ceremony.I loved my hair and make up and I think I ended up liking my dress a lot in the end. There are quite a few pictures on Facebook and my photographer has a sneak peak in her blog at:
http://kateheadley.typepad.com/ (just scroll down a bit).Despite the few mistakes some of the highlights:-DH getting pretty teary as I walked down the aisle-Our fabulous vows (thanks to Rags)-The beautiful sunset-The music and dance floor being full-A surprise dance from my half brother-The surprise dance mash up I had for my mother and I-My wedding planner was a God-sent-Surprising DH at the RD with a Guinness groom's cake and watching his face light upI'll be making a married bio soon, complete with vendor reviews, and for sale items (ajerome, I have some 12" vases). This is getting a little long now, but I just wanted to drop in and say hello.Thank you again ladies for everything during the planning process and for all the warm wishes before I left!More to come...after I have read what I missed:o)Kel
