Stress migraines and 8 days to go!

I can't believe it, but I am having the worst migraines the last couple of days and the weirdest part is that I haven't had migraines since I was a kid! The only thing I can think that it is from is because I am a total stress case right now... so here's a question for everyone.... What do you do to relax and ease your stress? I need some serious way to vent this and migraines are so NOT the way to go about relieving my stress! lol

    Drink non-caffinated tea, read a book, take a shower or bath, wear comfy clothes... take a walk... watch a feel good movie. Stay away from high stress movies, television, or loud places.

    If you're in to either one, I suggest yoga or swimming. Both are low impact and calming (if you're into them) and even low impact exercise can release feel good endorphins in the brain! good luck...a bath and comfy relaxing clothes sound like good alternatives too!
