Need help with bulk alcoholic drinks

I'm trying to figure out a good "signature" drink that can be made ahead in bulk and then just served up for the wedding. I have beverage containers like these (linky) so I'm looking for something that can just be continuously refilled.

We're serving Mexican food for the reception and I thought maybe margaritas? They can be made in bulk I believe, they'll just have to be on the rocks and not frozen. A friend also suggested some drink she knows of that has limeade, lemonade, vodka and 7up/Sprite.

Any ideas/recipes would be greatly appreciated.

A friend of mine did a big batch of cranberry juice and vodka. It was pretty yummy and I enjoyed it a little tooo much

Margaritas would probably be great, plus you can serve a couple of different kinds.

Are you trying to keep your drink(s) within your color theme?

Are you having kids at your wedding? It might be fun to also have a non-alcoholic drink such as Sprite and Hawaiian Punch.

As for the real drinks, I also have to say margaritas are the first drink that come to mind to go with Mexican food.

No to the color scheme. In fact I'm trying to avoid red because our non-alch option is Hawaiian Punch and ginger ale and I want to be able to know for sure that the kiddies are drinking the right stuff.

We're also going to have ice water, coffee and beer available.

I'm thinking margaritas are the way to go.
