I keep hearing about them and they sound like a nice idea I just want all of the details and what others have done, websites they use etc. Thanks in advance!

I set up an account on Snapfish and printed the cards from Vistaprint. Even though my DOC put them out at every table, not a single person actually uploaded anything.
I set up an account on winkflash and also used vista print to make them. Just like the pp, we also didn't really have anyone use it. 2 guests used it, but probably 20 posted albums on facebook.
i was thinking of doing this but scratched it b/c of what the pp's described. No sense in spending the $$$ on it if it won't be used. With Facebook...I'm sure you'll see tons of photos from the BIG day!
I was already ordering things from vistaprint, so I got the 250 free business cards with our website on them. I've heard lots of knotties descirbe the same photosharing experience as pp's, but at least my parents and close family will use it (they frequently share photos anyways). We're using shutterfly and I just made a generic gmail account to use as the login email for guests who don't already have accounts. One thing I will use it for is for guests to purchase any of our professional photos. I know some of our family will want to buy a few pictures, and since we get the digital rights immediately, I'll just refer them to this site so they can get whatever they want. This way I don't have to be the middle man for picture buying!
We had business cards printed through Vistaprint for $10 including shipping, and created an account through Flickr for upload. My family and friends are into sharing photos, and I knew that I wanted to be able to save them and not lose quality/resolution. I knew friends would upload to Facebook for sure, but when I have saved off of Facebook in the past, the prints almost always seem to turn out grainy. We had 188 photos uploaded by a handful of people, and it was totally worth the extremely small amount of money compared to what was being spent on everything else. I guess you would have to take a look at your guests (chance of uploading, ability to upload) and base your decision off of that. HTH!
We're going to do the photosharing cards. Vistaprint has the 250 Free Business Cards special running all the time, and the photosharing websites are free, so even if no one uploads anything, I haven't spent a dime on it.
I really wish facebook had a bit better quality when you upload pictures. They are downsampled to save space, and when saved and printed will always turn out poorly. The flickr idea is a great idea, as you won't loose any quality. Though, it would probably be more hoops for people to jump through.Good luck!
