  You may have to pay for travel fees, but try Rabbi Melvin May.  He married my fmil last year and they found him to be very great (and they are an interfaith couple). He'll sit with you and create a wedding you want and I don't think he's very expensive at all.  You should be able to find him on a Google search.  GL.
