Williams-Sonoma vs. Crate and Barrel

I can't decide between the two on where to register. I know they have their differences but C&B carries most of the same things W-S does. (as far as kitchenware) but the prices at C&B are much less for the most part. Is this something I should consider? I do love W-S for their unique kitchen/cooking items... So I guess here's my predicament.... We are already registering at Macy's for bedding, bath, china... Should we register at C&B for decor AND kitchenware... OR Should we register at C&B for decor and W-S for kitchenware? Are 3 places too much?? I'm sure I'm over thinking this but I never thought I'd have any issues with registering! If you made it to the end of this post, I'm sorry it's so long.. and thank you!! :o)

    We registered at Macy's, Bed Bath and Beyond and Crate and Barrel - so no, 3 is not too many :) We found that Crate and Barrel stuff seems to cycle out a long more than Macy's and BB&B (no idea about W-S). We didn't register for too many things since it was a new store to the area but we did have to go into the registery and change stuff around a lot more than the other registries. We were happy with their overall service though, just wish they didn't discountinue stuff so much.

    Ah I see, I was kind of worried about that. I may do all three, just keep my eye closer on the stuff at Crate and Barrel. Thanks!

    Three is definitely not too much. Gives your guests options. We registered at BBB, macys and Sur la table. I say do what you want with it. We double registered for some items and didnt get a single duplicate. I know we were lucky, but it was nice being able to register for things at places that specialize in them.

    OOOh I had no idea Sur La Table had a registry!!! Thank you ladies! Looks like I'll be registering at all 3 :) Each day it's something different so I'm sure FI will be thrilled to hear this latest news!
