My mom checked into a string quartet for the ceremony and cocktail hour (total 2 hours) and it is $700 dollars....does that sound right?Thanks

It's better than the deal that I have, lol! I went with Panache for the ceremony and cocktails - 950 and that was b/c they price matched another company I was considering.

I think Rondo String Quartet is $680 for two hours. $700 sounds reasonable.

The quotes I got in GR were from $400 - $500. I know it's on the other side of the state, but I hope that helps....

I got lucky on this one, $50 for the ceremony from a friend (flute) and her violinist friend. I told her to forget about doing the cocktail hour because I want her to enjoy it.

We used the string trio from Great Lakes Chamber Players of Lansing. Two years ago. Travel, plus 5 hrs. for ceremony and luncheon was about $800. HTH.
