Location to host a luncheon?

Hello :)I am looking for a place to host a luncheon, preferably to rent out a private home.  Has anyone looked into this and if so, what would be a fair price (or the going price) to do this?  I would have it catered so there would be no cooking involved, just need to rent a space. Thanks in advance!

How many guests were you planning to invite?  What time of year?  Did you want to do a sit-down dinner or stand-up reception?Where I had my wedding (The Caswell House) also rents out for luncheons, dinners, receptions, etc.  They allow renters to bring in outside caterers or use those that are listed on their preferred vendors list.www.caswellhouse.org

my friend's aunt hosted her bridal luncheon at green pastures. it was lovely. chez zee also has private rooms i believe. check out www.vrbo.com or www.homeaway.com to look for renting a private home. typically, they're for overnight though.

There is a great new B&B in Round Rock called the "Gold Coat Inn", the owners besides owning this also own Eudora's Catering. They have room for lucheons up to 35 or so folks. My mom just talked to them about a bridal shower and she tells me the food is super good.
