Chair and Table Rentals

Is anyone out there having to rent tables and chairs for your event? I need recommendations for the most inexpensive option. I thought I had found a rather inexpensive rental place but then they added on all these ridiculous fees. Let me know please! I might change my venue if I can't get tables and chairs for a reasonable price. Thanks!

    All the major rental companies in town tag on those fees. Especially if you want to have them drop off and pick up on a Saturday which most venues make you do. The rental companies in town are: absolute rentals, illusions rentals, aztec rentals, star of texas events and tents. The best prices I have been able to get is at Star of Texas. You also might want to ask your caterer to do it. SOmetimes they get a bettwe price and are able to not have all the fees.

    Absolute Rentals had the best price when I was shopping around a year ago. Aside from the cost of the actual items, I just had a $40 delivery charge. I set up and broke down everything myself, so no charge for that. They also offer a 10% discount for any first time customers.

    Hi ...i see ur gonna do an outdoor ceremony! me too!! so did u find a reasonable place for rental or tables/chairs?? are you gonna also rent tents in case it rains? or just chance it? let me know where u found places i'm looking into to it also so if i find something i'll let u knw!! :) THANKS!

    I found www.jspartyrentals.com to be the cheapest. Only thing is they only have one type of chair (samsonite folding chair). I'm paying like $6.50 per table, $.75 per chair, a $20 delivery and pickup fee, and then they charge $30 per hour of setup and teardown if you want them to do that. That's the best deal I've found. Also, I'm waiting until closer to the date to decide on tents since they're so expensive.
