MOB Dresses

Hi!  I am getting married in the Outer Banks in May, but my fiance and I live in DC.  I am looking for recommendations to shop for Mother of the Bride dresses.  My Mom does not want to look MOB, any recommendations for stores in the area?  I have read some good things about Claire Dratch in Bethesda, but wanted to get some additional feedback. My Mom is coming into DC the first weekend in November to shop. Thanks!!!

Try Nordstroms too - they had a nice selection of dresses when my mom was looking for my brother's wedding.

We got my mom's dress at Priscilla of Boston they were actually reasonable around $150. My mom also didn't want anything too matronly either. We ended up finding a modest cute tea length BM dress.

A third vote for Nordstrom. My mom also didn't want a dress that "looks" MOB. She found two great contenders at Nordstrom, and ended up buying one of them (Funny enough, my grandmother ended up buying the other one!) PIB.

My mom got her's at (not Nordstrom, but wait for it....) Nordstrom Rack. It's the outlet for Nordstrom overstock in Sterling. She got a gorgeous Adrianna Papell dress for 80 bucks, originally 300 something. Score!

Found my beautiful dress at Group USA at the outlets Potomac Mills.  It was cute, flirty and just what I was looking for...and it was 75 bucks.
My baby girl is a married woman...and now my baby girl HAS a baby girl. Time unfolds in such an amazing way. I've been blessed!
