We put a photo of a Chicago landmark at each table.  On each of the escort cards was the name of a landmark.  Guests had to match the name to the picture.  We used:  Goose Island Brewery (where we met)Cellular FieldWrigley FieldSears Tower (It was still Sears back then!)Solider Fieldetc ....DH just googled pics for the frames on each table.  My aunt wrote out the escort cards.

We did something similar, and did our favorite sports players, I just went to fliker and searched for the player so I could get the high res pictures that looked nicer.  I gluded them to black card stock, and wrote out the names in silver ink (our colors were silver and black).  you can check out my blog for pics...

We did pictures of landmarks -- got them from flickr (emailed folks to get permission to use them), put the name of the landmark and the table number. We then put them in gold 5x7 frames. I haven't gotten around to it but I was planning on selling them -- we have 40 table frames with names/numbers already made. Technically selling the frames but if someone wants the pictures, they can have those too. If your friend/you are interested, email me and I can send you a picture of one as well as a list of all the landmarks we used. You can reach me at meghaks at gmail

JanuaryBride's escort cards and table numbers were Chicago-themed, and absolutely beautiful. You can see them and read about how she did it in her bio, here: http://januarybride.googlepages.com/diy.

KioKreations is doing mine. I was going to do them myself, but I think it will actually be cheaper (and easier) for her to do them!
