Our church caught on fire 2 weeks ago and I just found out. Seriously.... I am definitely going to cry. The priest says they have started fixing it and it should be finished within the next 3 weeks or so. OMG! Kelly, I'm so sorry this happened so close to your wedding! The article makes it sound like the damage wasn't too extensive, so hopefully everything will be easily repaired in time for your ceremony. Keep us posted!

FI made dinner and let me drink A LOT of vino tonight... we remembered that we have friends going down there in 2 weeks for a company conference. We talked to them and they are going to check on the progress while they are there. The priest says it will be up and running soon. Maybe we can get him to marry us outside the church if it's not done by then? We'll see....
