Photographer Recommendatons - Photojournalism style?

Ladies:Good morning! Can any of you please recommend a great Baltimore area photographer who is excellent in a more "photojournalism" style, as opposed to the more traditional posed/usual photos?Who have you used (or even someone that you know of) whose work was great?If possible, could you also include the price range/site if you have it?I would appreciate any suggestions very much!

    The board favorites - Jen Lowe, Jenni from Forever Yesterday, Tender Images...**ladies, I know I'm forgetting some**We're using Renee Michele, she's amazing and we just had our final meeting with her yesterday.  I can't wait to see how everything comes out after Saturday.  Her website is www.reneemichelephotography.com.

    I used Exclamation Imagery, and Laura and her assistant were great to work with.  I should have my pics back any day now =)When I booked her, she was $1500, but her prices have probably changed since then.Here is her website, and if you have facebook, you can search for her and see a few recent wedding albums on there.     We're using Stephanie Miller Photography.  She has a very natural photojournalism style.  We did our engagement pictures with her a few weeks ago and they turned out great.  Prices are posted on her website, and you can see more photos than are in her portfolios by clicking around in her blog.  [url]http://smillerphotography.net/[/url]

    Brian at [url]www.brianraystudios.com[/url] Pics in wedding bio. He charges by the hour, so you can build a package to accomodate your budget, and includes all pics on DVD.

    We are using Liam Gideon; he and his partner have a company called Black Dress Wedding (blackdresswedding.com).  He has been fantastic to work with so far, and I'm so excited to see what they come up with for our wedding!

    We are using Leah Stern Photography www.leahsternphotography.com. We have our e-pics coming up, but I really like her a lot, and love all the pics on her website and in her blog.  She is based in DC, but there is no charge for travel to Bmore.  She is a bit pricey.  I think we're paying $4400 for around 9 hours, cd with images, an album and a 2nd shooter, plus e-pics.

    Thank you ladies very much! I will be busy tonight online checking out all of these suggestions. I just firmly believe in word of mouth advertising and recommendations!! Can I just say it again? I LOVE  The Knot community :-)

    I used Greg Gibson.  He is in the DC area but would do Baltimore as well.  He was actually rated the top Photojournalist by Washingtonian Mag. :)He lists his base price on the website. www.greggibson.com

    I am between two photographers (Jenni @ forever-yesterday and Perskie Photography).  Both have amazing photos and rates.  Rates are listed on each website.  I take my E-pics with Jenni next week.  We'll probably make a decision after that.  Def. meet me different photographers.  Good luck :)

    Ditto the rec for Jen Lowe.  She was my photographer for my wedding in May and I can't say enough good things about her.  See my bio (Mrs. link under my siggy pic) for full review and pics from the wedding.  She is so easy going and friendly and her work is outstanding.  I know what that her prices have gone up since I booked her, but if you are interested you should contact her for her current pricing.

    I am using Jenni @ www.forever-yesterday.com. Her prices are listed online. She is a board favorite so that helps with recs from fellow knotties. That's pretty much how I found her. GL with your search!

    I definitely recommend Jenni at Forever-Yesterday. She did our TTD and will be doing my b-pics in November. I wish we would have known about her when we booked our wedding photog. She is affordable and super sweet!

    Did you find a photographer? If not, definitely check out Ferry Huang Photography:http://www.ferryhuangphotography.comI think his package is $800 - $1000 - really affordable.Good luck!
