WTF weather?

I don't really pay much attention to national weather beyond wild fires, earthquakes and that sort of thing.  Has the weather been way off everywhere else lately too?  It has been 10-20 degrees below normal all of October.  I previously thought October would be a safe bet for outdoor ceremony and reception. =(  My forecast calls for a high of 49 this Saturday.   I am booking a tent and heaters tomorrow, wish me luck and toasty toes.

    Yea our college homecoming is Saturday and it's always nice fall weather for homecoming.  This year there is a chance of snow.  Crazy. Good Luck!

    Warm in october in Indiana? Never seen that in a sentence. As long as I had lived in Indiana it was always cold like 40s... always snowed on halloween too. But that's Northwest Indiana. Well I remember going down to purdue and it wasn't much better. Yes, in other parts of this nation it is colder. I'm in CT right now and it's low 40's, speaking about snow on thursday.

    I am from Southern Indiana here, right across from Louisville.  In a normal October we can get away with flip flops and shorts.  I feel completely ripped off, too.  There was no real transition between wtfomgbbq-hot and soggy, grey and cold.

    The weather does suck!  I'm getting married in December & you know it will be raining and GRAY!  Good luck with the tents and heaters!

    Apparently this is supposed to be a horrendous winter... I guess it's starting early. i just hope it doesn't stay late!!!! (MARCH WEDDING!)

    My wedding is next Saturday and it calls for 60% chance of rain. Ugh....
