Phoenix Crowne Plaza Great Place, Affordable

I just had a wonderful experience with the Crowne Plaza regarding my daughters wedding, and I wanted to share it. We were looking for an affordable venue and were very happy with what we found. We had 85 people, and the cermony oustside under a tree, Came inside and had a reception in the phoenix room. We had a beatuiful cheese, fruit and cracker display when you walked into the reception area while family pics were being taken. I had provided tons of candy for our candy buffet and it as a HUGE HIT ! I asked that the wedding coordinator elevate some containers and make it look really nice, She did an outstanding job, she eleveated them on glass blocks, and lit them from below, making the candy just glow. On to salad and rolls, then prime rib or chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed veges and wedding cake for dessert. A champagne toast and our dj had people running for the dance floow. The best part, for the ceremony, chairs, assistane with wedding coordinator, bridal suite to prepare the bride in and stay the night, reception including lemondade and ice tea, cheese, fruit and cracker display, prime rib dinner, wedding cake, champagne toast, full service, centerpieces, candy buffet set up, was all included for under 6000 dollar, for 85 people. They even came in and straightend up my daughers bridal suite, put a huge heart made with rose petals on the bed, gave her flowers, champagne, and chocolate strawberries. We just had to provide the dj and flowers and were ready to go. We thought it was a great deal, and thought we would share. Families also get a 69.00 a night room rate, and they have an indoor and outdoor pool. All needs were met and my daughters wedding was beautiful. Many people said it was the best party they had ever been to.

I actually booked my wedding there for Oct. 2010. I got a great deal as well and the wedding coordinator is GREAT (one of the main reasons I signed the contract). It really a great location and the staff is very helpful. I hope it all goes well....360 days to go! :o)

Really ? You will love it. Our wedding lady was Terra, I am pretty sure. Our only complaint was the wedding arch was in terrible shape, very old and not stable at all. They  had told me they would have a new one, when I signed the contract. But on the day of the wedding, there was the old one. So, off ny wonderful niece Laura went and bought a brand new light up metal arch at Michaels, and worked her magic. You will like it alot, message if you have any questions in the future.
