Need Ceremony/Reception Venue in Columbia area!

My fiance is from CA, I am from MI, we recently moved to Columbia and thought we'd get married here so nobody's feeling were hurt. I haven't had much luck looking in the city and I spent the weekend looking in Charleston with no luck for our small budget. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

What date do you have set? I second Ariel's because they're doing our catering. Also look into Historic 701 Whaley, Adam's Pond and 403 North Lake.

They are pretty new and I my friend just had her reception there. I was unable to go, but I saw the pictures and they were great!

I was in a wedding at the Hilton Columbia that looked beautiful. It had everything! The hotel block was there and at the Hampton Inn Columbia Downtown Historic District that is walking distance. Very nice city!
