Final Mtg with Venue

My final meeting with the venue (Turf Valley) is next Saturday. What all do I need to take with me? What kind of questions do I need to ask? We went to our final mtg with the DJ on Wed. and we were very unprepared (I will blame that on FI though since his main wedding related task was deal with the reception music) so I want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row for the final mtg with TV.Thanks!!

    Turf Valley is great but one of my BMs had her reception there and the staff was really overzealous about clearing tables so she and her husband didn't really get to eat.  They were up and down a bit during dinner and their plates got cleared.  I told my venue to not clear our plates unless we were there or it was completely empty.Also I requested doubles of salt and pepper shakers at the table because 8 people and one salt shaker for a lot of my people isn't good.  I also randomly requested extra butter.  Sometimes at weddings they "allot" one tiny pat of butter per person at the table and its never enough.  Also check when you can drop off table numbers and place card stuff.
