Pregnant Bridesmaid Dress Drama!

I feel horrible but I am the pregnant bridesmaid and in a wedding next week in Boston but I live near Warren, OH.  In the past week my chest has gone up a size and no longer fits into my dress :( I need help fast!  The only good thing is the bride let us all pick our own dresses as long as they were fall colors.  We all went to Alfred Angelos and found something.  She just wanted us to be is different colors and mine is dark brown.  So I think it shouldn't be too hard to find a replacement I just have to get something fast!  Here is the dress I have- I really just need anything in a dark brown probably size 8 or 10.  Does anyone near Warren have something that would work or suggestions?  I am headed to bridal stores after work to try and find something but don't want to spend another $180 on a dress! Thanks in advance!

Call Denise at Julianne's. . . she might be able to fit you in this week sometime. . . maybe let a seam out if there's enough material. . . or at least have ideas. That's probably a last resort, but worth a shot if you can't find anything else that will work. Also check with them in case they have any alfred angelo dresses for sale in a color that might work?

look online at nordstrom--they have gotten a bunch of fall stuff in and there is some really cute stuff!!!  Or what about A Pea in the Pod or Mimi Maternity?  They have some good sales and some adorible things!

Maybe The Winner Outlet in Sharon, PA? www.thewinneroutlet.com/bridal2.html is the web site. Good luck! Or, as a pp suggested, a good seamstress can work wonders. Julianne's would be far for you, being in Warren, but maybe take the dress to a local seamstress for an estimate and see what they can do for you? And, you may find something from Davids Separates line that would coordinate. That looks like a very classic style. Also, check Chadwicks (actually, I think they are based in Boston) online. Not sure how fast they could ship though.

That’s a fairly classic style so honestly if Davids doesn’t have something for you (since they can be off the rack) I would be hitting up Dillards, Macy’s etc.  Does your dress have a matching wrap or something?  We had a big snag with one BM where she had a seamstress cut a section of fabric out of the matching wrap and sew it into the seam to give her a bit more room since the dress was way too small.  If anything you could see if a local Bridal shop has a wrap or shawl in the same fabric and get the extra fabric sewn in as well.
