Have fun!  Just FYI, our photog recommended solid colors (no busy patterns) for our e-pic attire. :)  She also said that accessories can be fun (scarfs, hats, mittens, etc)...but the weather is supposed to be really nice this weekend so winter accessories might be too much :) LOL
no identifiable siggy pictures anymore, thanks a lot stupid nest!

Yay!! We are getting our e-pics this weekend too!! We picked the best weekend of the month I think!!! ;) My lady said she likes people to be more dressy, and we are not super dressy people, so I just got a few nice outfits for us to wear and we will just wear dark jeans then change our shirts. She said that dark jeans looked better too over washed out ones...hope that helps. :)

That does help! We typically dress very casual. He says he knows what he is wearing (should be easy - he ahs 10x more clothes than I do!) I am going to try and go shopping tomorrow night. Where are you taking your pics?

I would avoid any neutral colors too (beige, khaki, pale pink, etc); they tend to wash you out and there's no real depth to the images. I wore a polka dotted dress and the pics turned out great. If you want to wear something with a pattern that you love, go for it!

ha ha that is so funny, Chris has like 10x more clothes than I do too! men! ha! I actually went out and bought matching shirts, black button down, and matching hoodies, dark grey, for our pics. He didn't have a say and he has made fun of what I bought, but I think its going to look nice! :) We are going to Castlewood Canyon....I wanted something outdoorsy...and I wanted a river close since he is really into fly fishing. And my boss actually recommended Castlewood. I wanted sun set pics too so we are going later in the day :) So we will see! Where are you going??

How fun! He is wearing a striped button down that is brown and has sort of burnt orange/tan stripes. I'm hoping to find something cute, I'm so picky about my clothes (odd, since I dress really plain.)  We are going to Belmar Park. They have some rustic barns and some very cool benches. My gave my original spot with the photographer to my brother for his senior pics and they are amazing, so I'm really excited for my turn! Mandalay -BTW- I loved your polka dotted dress in your pics!

I wish I was able to get my e-pics done! We were supposed to get them done two weekends ago in Steamboat but our photographer had to reschedule... so we were planning on last weekend. I was in Denver, FI in Laramie, and photographer was out of town for a wedding. I planned on going from Denver to Laramie and then home with my FI to Steamboat on Saturday night -- well, the roads were closed. So I started out on Sunday to try to make it to him so we could get to our 2:30 e-pic photo shoot in Steamboat only to get 10 miles south of Cheyenne, sit for 2.5 hours on I-25, and have to turn around! Worst part is, photographer said it turned out to be a beautiful day in Steamboat -- after all that! Oh man. I guess we're going to get some winter pictures afterall. I hope you have a lot of fun! We were planning on dark jeans and dark grey tops -- a striped button down for him, a grey thin sweater jacket type thing with white and grey striped shirt under for me... sounds sort of busy but it wasn't. Also a sweater for him and a white short sleeved button down for me. A couple of other variations too. My sister's really wanted us to go bright -- so maybe a bright yellow or green would look great on you! Have fun!

AMF - that is a bummer you didn't get to take e-photos.. I've seen some people do something simialr after the wedding, maybe you can do that! I ended up going with something I own - I chose a black vneck under this gray vest type thing I wear a lot. I'm hoping it will look good in pics!
