Le Salon - Royal Oak Review

From the moment I first walked into Le Salon with a friend on a whim drive-by, I knew it was the perfect place to find a gorgeous couture gown in my picky vintage-chic style. Alexis was beyond helpful in suggesting styles specific to what I liked (and didn't), and between the several appointments I made I received email updates of new gowns that came in according to my style. The phenomenal service that led me to purchase my Rosa Clara gown at Le Salon has continued with the selection process of my bridesmaid's dresses and perhaps more. I could not be happier! For those with a unique and one-of-a-kind taste in bridal fashion, there is simply nowhere else to go.

I really don't think they do damage to their business by posing as a bride. Not that I was planning on going, but I certainly wouldn't now that they did this.

This is the worst bridal store ever! They will treat you like a queen during the shopping process. However, once you purchase your dress, they will treat you soooooo bad

I got married April 2012.

Working with Le Salon was one of the most delightful and memorable experiences during my wedding experience. I went to 16 different Bridal Boutiques to find the wedding dress of my dreams.... I finally went to Le Salon (I became familiar with them after going there with my best friend to get her dress - I was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the dress selection)

I already had an image of my dream dress, but had not found it at any other boutique. At my first appointment at Le Salon, I explained exactly what I wanted. While trying on dresses they offered me their customizing services so I could fulfill every detail I wanted. I right away knew this was too good to be true so I made my commitment. (They have an awesome "Love at First Sight" price offer if you order within 24 hours of your appointment) Alexis, Jonas and their associate Renee were all extremely friendly and warm. They made me fell very comfortable and listened closely to my ideas and were able to give me great advice. They were also very conscious to my budget and made sure to stick within that including all of the customizing.

I was very impressed with the amazing customizing and design work they did with their designer who works with them; Ariel Tauble. I explained that I wanted the whole of the dress beaded with Crystals and Pearls to shimmer, capped sleeves to match the beading (my family is on the conservative side so I had to add a little more coverage), design and extra fullness on the bottom. They used their expertise and skills to fulfill all these extra details I asked for. Ariel also designed and customized my veil to go with my dress.

The closer I got to the wedding I lost about two dress sized (major wedding diet) and Le Salon was able to alter it with no problem. They welcomed me to as many fittings as I felt comfortable with, and were very welcoming and helpful to my Bridal Party when I brought them so they could learn how to busell the dress. All of their policies are very clearly stated in their paperwork.

I feel so appreciative and honored to have my dress from Le Salon. They gave me true confidence and made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. The staff ended up becoming like family to me. Even six months after my wedding I still keep in touch them them! They always greet you with hugs and have a goal of making their brides happy! I would highly recommend Le Salon to all Brides to be!!
