Wedding Shower Locations

Hello Girls,Well, I went dress shopping this weekend and found my dress!!! It's an Alfred Angelo Style 2032...very simple and classic...I love it!  I will post pics when I get them uploaded.Next on my agenda is to find a location for the wedding shower. It's been awhile since I've lived in San Antonio and forget what's available. I'm looking to try and stay between $8-14 per person and somewhere that I can have a private room for around 50 ppl or so. Also, probably bbq or mexican. Any suggestions? Thank you girls!

Your dress is beautiful! The first place that came to my mind was Grady's.  I know they have party rooms, but not sure how much they charge.

Maybe try La Fonda on Main. Not sure of their price range though. My friends did mine at Candelight Cafe on St. Mary's and it was really nice.

I don't have any real recommendations for the wedding shower, unless you wanted to just rent a room or park somewhere and cater from Rudy's. But I did want to say that your dress is beautiful! Can't wait to see some pics.

This isn't Mexican or bbq but a really nice place for a shower brunch is the Guenther House. I went to a Christmas brunch there for work last year, it was very nice. It's too late for my bridal shower, but ever since I saw it I though it would be a lovely place for a shower. I guess I have to wait till I have a baby and then drop some hints. Anyway, there is no fee for the private room. You just have to order at least $375 off of the catering menu(last time I checked).
