I think I consumed the best dessert of my life last night: dark chocolate fondue with crushed Oreo cookies mixed in, topped with flambeed marshmallow creme. We dipped strawberries, bananas, pound cake, and brownies in it. It was heaven. I want to bathe in it.

I'm watching St Elmo's Fire with DH and searching for an IPHONE case that has (or can add) a wrist strap too.I have an APP that lets you point up to the sky and it tells you the constellation or planets you are looking at. I let guests use my IPHONE on the boat and I'm afraid they might drop it.Sounds exciting right?

my week wasn't very entertaining. i'm surprisingly loving my new job working for my fmil business. i took a week off from bootcamp and went back this week and am so sore i don't want to move all weekend. i've also been craving a pumpkin spice frap.

We just finished watching the UT vs. OU game. Hook 'em! I'm thinking about trying to talk DH into doing a big chunk of our Christmas shopping today. I doubt he'll be agreeable - and I don't know when we will have enough free time in upcoming weekends.

Linda, that sounds like a really fun app. I once ate a desert at a tapa's place that was called Better than Sex, and it really, really was. I just about licked the dish clean.

Amoro - It really is. We sail back at night from St John to St Thomas. The stars are so clear because there is no light pollution.The guests love do be able to know what they are looking.

My week basically sucked--long week with my kids, then I was stuck in class all day today. The only plus was that while I was at class DH mowed the lawn, put away the lawn furniture for the winter, did the grocery shopping for the weekend, and cleaned the kitchen... And he is taking me to dinner tonight so I don't have to cook anything...so, I have decided to start my new week today and decide it is going to be great!

I managed to get everything clean I needed to, yay! Our real estate agent called and said the bank is looking over our documents for the house so hopefully we'll get a phone call by Friday telling us if they accepted our offer and we got our dream house.Now I'm working on making a jewelry crown thing for my Halloween costume. I'm also trying to decide if I just want to ask my sil if I can borrow hers (she bought it at the Renfair) but I'm kind of worried it'll get lost/broken and I know it was over $150.

I have 7 hrs of work left to go, and there are 2 wedding parties and the national guard here, so no fun stories yet but by the time the wedding(s) get over I could have some.The richest family in town throwing a huge wedding for their firstborn daughter could end up being interesting
