I used VIP mobile and used the owner Darryl Barrnet as my DJ. I booked him originially because he was the dj at a rocking new years eve party I went to and really like him. He threw a rocking party for my wedding and everyone I heard back from said my wedding was the most fun that had ever been at. He knows how to throw a good party, read the crowd, and keep people on the dance floor and I payed less than 1,000 dollars--I highly recommend him. Also he followed my do not play and play lists which i have heard many other brides complain that there djs did not. good luck. Karen

I will be using Dave Hauss who owns his own company, Unlimited Sounds, for my 9/5/10 wedding.  Extremely reasonable prices!  His website:http://unlimitedsounds.com HTH.Jody

let me know if you use VIP. I have a $100.00 gift certificate. I have been to 2 weddings with Darryl and he was fantastic. I am only using Enchanted Celebrations because it came with the package and they are very accomodating. otherwise def would have used Darryl from VIP.

Matt Ostroff at EBE Entertainment in Philly.  He's awesome because he knows how to make smooth transitions all night and he's not one of those cheesy DJs!  The weddings I've been to that used EBE DJ's were always the best.  People were dancing from the second they walked in after cocktail hour until the end of the night and no one wanted to get off the dance floor to eat!  They are also really easy to work with and get in touch with and will play anything you want them to.

Chris Vito from Over the Top Entertainment. He is amazing! I have heard from several people and my planner that he is the best DJ around. He is hilarious and he will come to your house and interview with you. He was at our house last week for like 2 hours and it was really fun. I highl suggest him. He is not expensive at all he is only 1095 or 950 (4 hours). He did say that he was raising his prices soon though. HTHhttp://ottdjs.com/

We are using the Dinardo Brothers. Lots of knotties on here rave about them. They get everyone on the dance floor. They have a ton of DJs working for them, so they'll likely be open for your day.PLUS you can make song lists online and make sure they have the songs you want! So many girls have been complaining that they give a song list to their DJ and a week before the wedding, the DJ tells them they don't have their songs. This won't be a problem with them!http://www.dinardobrothers.com/default.htmHTH

We are using Sean McCaffrey from Center Stage Entertainment. They are def. in your price range. We met and spoke with several DJ companies before making our decision. We loved Sean's style which seems to be similar to ours. The company as a whole really impressed us and we are very excited to use them. We have a lot of guests around the 20 something age attending and eventho we will still have some traditional wedding songs played, we didn't want someone that is going to bore our crowd.

I am using Chris Mathews from DJ Your Way with Chris.  He's located in Robbinsville, however, he doesn't charge a traveling fee.  He is awesome!! You can check out a video of him on his website.  He has an amazing voice, he's energetic, and has an awesome personality.
