We are having a Catholic church wedding at 1:00 in the afternoon and I am told it is supposed to take about 45 minutes. The reception site is a 5-10 minute drive. Should we plan to start the reception right at 2:00 or should we account some time for making starting a little late, mulling around afterwards, getting to cars, etc.? There will be valet parking at the reception. We don't plan to do a receiving line after the ceremony but we do want to take photos and then join our guests after the cocktail hour ends.
