  I feel like I have a million things to do!!! We are now under 8 weeks, so I need to: -officially decide on alcohol choices and price with local stores-start working on programs when/if paper i ordered arrives this week- work out at the gym every day!-email proposed ceremony to officiant-work on timeline-call my aunt to discuss how flowers are progressing (she used to be a florist and is doing all silk for the wedding)- check mailbox every day for RSVPS!!Im feeling overwhelmed

  Mine is: - Veil Appointment on Thursday to get one made to match my dress - talk to reception joint to let them know we want to extend our time for the reception ( we decided we wanted it to be longer) -call DJ - set up an appointment with florist to see mock ups of my centerpieces -Finalize our programs and order them

  I have to contact florists. That's the biggest one. I also really need to start thinking about the officiant situation. We have talked about having a family friend do it and I need to research how to do that. I also have to work out this week because I ate so much this weekend while I was home.

  -Finish escort cards. I have the paper cut, I just need to write the names. -Makeup trial Tuesday (FI talked me into going with a professional.) -Song list for DJ and a meeting, I hope. -Start writing my vows.

  mrshoward11- Thanks! He's a big goof ball...but we love him. And to answer your question, the good stuff for me was all of the tastings. It looks like you're getting ready to do that. Picking a caterer was one of our favorite things to do. Schedule your tastings around meal times and have fun.

  Mine is: 1.  Print programs 2.  Finish putting ribbons on centerpieces 3.  Finish making Smoky Pecans for the reception and   finish meat sauce for the rehersal dinner lasagna. 4.  Roll up aisle runner 5.  Bridal Shower!
