I'm Bored, So.... What did you do this weekend?

What did you do (wedding or NW related) this weekend?Friday night: went out to dinner, then drinks and dancing for FI's birthday. Had a great time, but I think I must have eaten something funny, because I kind of got sick after dinner (it wasn't from drinking too much, because I barely drank...)Saturday: Amazingly, the kids slept in, then watched a movie, so we got to sleep in, too! I made yummy mac-n-cheese for lunch. We had an appointment in the afternoon then went to Danville to visit with FI's folks after that. We had my favorite pizza for dinner:)Sunday: FI's folks watched the kids in the morning, so we got to sleep in again! Then lunch and birthday cake with FI's family. My FMIL is making all the centerpieces for our wedding using wooden flowers that FI imported from Chile when he ran a micro-importing non-profit, so we worked on making a mock-up and then she finished sewing the girls' Halloween costumes (they are fairies) while I did some work on the computer. Then it was baths for the girls, and headed home in the evening.Today is my first day of a 7-day stretch at work. I am stupid for working all this OT, and 70 hours in 7 days is too much. Plus, 2 of my patients had major poops already! Never again.

friday: SIL's mom's funeral. i got home and took a super long (3 hour) nap because i was just emotionally drained from the day. H went hunting and i caught up on private practice then made spaghetti for dinner. saturday: my mom and i went shopping and then met up with my nana for lunch. we went to the casino for a few hours then i spent the evening watching college football with H. we ordered chinese food and had blackberry wine for dessert. yum. sunday: went to kohls to get some new bowls, the ones in our set just arent deep enough for me. went to home depot to get a new light fixture for the basement, new toilet seats, and bought me a step ladder because H gets nervous when i use a dining room chair to reach the shelves. my friends mom just slipped and hit her head and had to get stitches from falling doing this. i took a nap while H installed the lights and toilet seats, i think i still have some residual flu. then we watched football and movies. i'm hoping today is the day we get our dress pictures from my photographer!

Friday night we chilled out, since we had kind of a busy weekend ahead. Saturday we laid around most of the day. I watched the Texas - OU game, which was REALLY stressful because Colt was playing like crap. (My dogs were so scared of me b/c I kept yelling at the tv.) Luckily we still won! Hook 'em! Then we watched the Penn State game (of course!). We were supposed to go to a birthday party, but we didn't because we both have colds and didn't want to get their new baby sick. That night we hit a local bar to see a really kickass bluegrass band, the Hillbilly Gypsies. Sunday was Family Dinner with the in-laws at his sister's house. While we were there, their dog hurt her leg and they had to rush her to the emergency clinic. She is undergoing surgery today because she tore a ligament in her knee, or something like that. I am still tired. I prefer weekends where I don't ever have to leave the house!

LOL, just realized that I said we had a busy weekend but that on Saturday I laid around all day. Hehehehe, just proof that I really am that lazy. =D

Friday night I worked 2-10pmSaturday: went to pick up a few things at walmart, emailed all my vendors to touch base with them, work 4pm-midnightSunday: FI came home early from drill so spent a little time snuggling on the couch (well he slept), work 4pm-midnight.So glad the weekend is over and only 3 more days of work until I am off for my wedding!! At this point I am more excited to have a few days off of work than get married

friday: tagged candy apples for e-party watched land of the lost on blue ray.Saturday: got up crack of dawn went to zumba, then costco, then dollar store, then giant then burlingotn then liquour store. Friday: Drove back to West Chester since my family was convinced that with all of the snow I wouldn't make it down the mountain alive. Saturday: Discovered that the continual nausea is from my Tama-flu that the doctors gave me for my swine, and that to get normal all I had to do was stop taking it. Sunday: Tried to do homework, realized that campus internet was down. (joy) ended up playing Wii with the roomates for hours, then had a Fraternity meeting. I miss FI already, lol.

Friday-I worked at DB until 10:00. Then I went home and went to bed (so exciting) Saturday-Got up early, went to DB for a few come-back brides and then went home. I didn't feel very good because of my stupid woman parts. I was suppose to go to an engagemend party and was invited to a bunch of other parties, btu didn't do anything because I felt like poo. Sunday-Saw "Paranormal Activity" and went to Bedford to drop off my dog with my parents for the next two weeks. I ended up getting a lot of cleaning and laundry done Sunday night. This week, aside from working, I'm going to an eye doctor appointment and focusing on laundry and packing for my HM which is THURSDAY! I also really want to get a pedicure. Any suggestions for a H-burg girl?

i like to go to the nail salon on linglestown road by dunkin donuts. its kind of close to my house but- they are really nice and they let you pick out of a box for a ticket thats worth anywhere from $1 off to a free pedicure every time you go. plus, they speak fairly good english which i appreciate because i always feel bad when we cant understand each other and it doesnt really smell like most nail salons. i think its called a to z? i do NOT like the place that is right by our work. they did a terrible job and i got a fungus there. ick.

Friday night: played Bunco. I get together with a group of girls one friday a month to play and drink ;-) Saturday: slept in till 8 then cuddled with the dogs in bed for an hour (fiance went hunting). finally got out of bed and watched college game day and cuddled more with dogs and took a nap. watched tons of football. finally got a shower around 7pm and went to Iron Hill Brewery in Lancaster for dinner. Sunday: went out to breakfast, then to costco and target. Then we got our engagement pictures taken!! Can't wait to see them. I couldn't believe the weather actually worked out. They were calling for rain all day yesterday. After our pictures, went to dinner at five guys burgers and fries then to fiance's grandparents for a quick visit.Man, weekends go so fast. This weekend we're dropping our dogs of to be boarded on Friday and heading to Morgantown, WV to go to the WVU vs UCONN game on Saturday.
