RSVP & Information Card Placement in Pocketfold

For those of you who used a pocketfold type of invitation and had an RSVP and Information/Accommodation card, which did you put on top? From what I've read it seems like the RSVP (under the return envelope flap) goes on top of the additional card. Is that how you ladies did it? Thanks!

I had 5 inserts in my pocketfold, and the way the paper worked out, the order from top to bottom was:

I organized mine according to the amount of content. The card with the most amount of content in the back except I wanted to hide the envelope :P
