help! I need to sell my wedding dress

I am getting married in 5 weeks and I want a new wedding dress after trying my dress on again I do not want to wear it on my wedding. It is an allure couture dress worth 1700. I bought the sample for 1100 and it is in great condition just needs a new zipper it has not been altered in anyway. Where is a good place to sell it so I can purhcase a different dress?

    craigslist, the knot dress board, plus a ton of other places that GOOGLE can help you find.

    I sold mine on the knot after my wedding, fwiw.  You'll probably only get about $850 for it, though. 

    5 weeks, huh? Do you have another, perfect-fitting, in-stock dress already picked out?

    it's not worth $1700 or $1100.  that's just what you paid for it.  expect to sell for less than $1000 -- try the dress boards or donate and write it off.

    You bought a sample with a bad zipper for less than 40% off??  Bargain shopping fail.

    Check out local resale shops, Craigslist, ebay, the classifieds board on here, etc.  But you will not get what you paid for it.
