Reasonable and Delicious Caterers

Hey there Cincy brides!

My fiance and I are getting married June of next year and are jumping into getting the major details done. We're looking for some advice/help with the caterers. Has anyone had some experience with great caterers that are also inexpensive?

    My fiance's parents are using Vondahars (sp?) for their high school reunion... they said their food is good and the prices are way below what I'm paying for our wedding caterer.

    We are using Funkys for our wedding.. their food is AMAZAING and they are known for their great service. I had to choose between three caterers and they were the most economical out of the three... but I'm not sure how they compare to other popular wedding caterers. Make sure to do tasting a though at Funkys... soo good!

    We are using McHales.. There food is also amazing and I feel like its decently priced :)

    We are using Vonderhaars! The tasting we had with them was very professional and yummy :) And I've made changes a few times to our menu and such and they have been more than willing to re-send me the contract with updated charges, etc... (even when I was cutting things off the menu to cut costs!)

    We also looked at Hilvers- they seemed less professional but definitely budget friendly

    Set-up tastings with a few so you can really get a feel for what they offer.

    I would have to second Funky's - I wouldn't say they are "cheap" but they are definitely more than reasonable. I think for the quality of food that you get it is MORE than reasonable. Set up a tasting and you will see. I can't wait to see how much my guests LOVE the food!

    I have heard good things about Be Creative Catering in Hebron, KY. I am looking into them for my wedding also.

    We are using Funky's as well! My dad actually used to work with Funky in his restaurant in the Kenwood Mall, so I know the food he makes is AWESOME! Can't wait!
