Destination Santa Fe!

I'm in need of help!  I am getting married in Santa Fe on Nov 21st, but am planning from California.  Does anyone have any suggestions for DJs or bakeries?  We are getting married at the Loretto Chapel so the florist and photographer are set!  Now we just need help finalizing the other details.  Any suggestions, or warnings, are appreciated!

Awww... Thats where I wanted to get married, but its so expensive. I dont know of much in Santa Fe. I'm planning a wedding in Albuquerque. I need help with a DJ my self. As for the bakery. The one I'm going with has amazing cake!! Its to good! And its all homemade and fresh! Its also made with no lard! All natural butter! Mmmm... LoL. Anyway, its called Just a Bite Bakery. They are located in Albuquerque, but they might be able to deliver there. Its only like 30 min away. I know for sure that ABC cakes delivers to Santa Fe. They are really good too. They are popular out here. The prices are good too. Heres a link to the yellow pages. This was very helpful for me to find stuff. http://www.yellowpages.com/Santa-Fe-NM/Wedding-Cakes-Pastries?search_terms=wedding+cake+bakeryGood luck!PS You can always send me a message and I can help you as much as I can for any other questions! =)

We used Chocolate Maven Bakery for our wedding - http://www.chocolatemaven.com/ . They constantly are voted the best desserts and cakes and Santa Fe. And they deliver free for many Santa Fe locations. You can always check out the Best of Santa Fe from the SF Reporter - http://sfreporter.com/stories/best_of_santa_fe/4789/ .

There's a really good DJ named Darnell located out of Albuquerque and his company is called Icy Jam.  He travels everywhere so I am sure that he would be willing to go to Santa Fe.

Thank you so much!  I never realized how hard a destination wedding could be.  I keep asking myself what did I get myself into?  =o) Keep the suggestions coming!  I am going to look into these suggestions so far.  Thanks again!

Try Tiramisu Studios for Videography - if you want it and are still looking - they travel and are extremely reasonable; our friends told us that they beat in-state vendor prices eventhough you pay for travel and mileage!Don't know of any DJ's or Bakers out that way though, sorry...GOOD LUCK!!!
