OMG! Help! to my AAW BLC knotties

So I'm supposed to be on this bran cereal diet that Ladysun suggested or eating healthy in general. However, I am having the most incredible cravings for fried chicken and fried potatoes!With all these wonderful smells going around my office I could just slap somebody!  THE FLESH IS SOOO WEAK!I just may have to cheat today! Ugh! But then I'll be so disappointed in myself. I'm having such a power struggle with myself today!  Anyone else feeling like this?

    GO.DRINK.SOME.WATER!!!!  (((I am serious))) If you are doing the bran cereal meal suggestion from LadySun like Cat & I are, you should be extra full right now...LOL!...girl my tummy is on full swoll...are you using Soy Milk w/the cereal or Skim Milk...if you have Skim Milk switch to VANILLA Soy Milk...it tastes FABULOUS and and it seems to me to agree with your body better...but again GO.DRINK.SOME.WATER!!!!  YOU CAN DO IT!

    Story of my life! LOL! Common sense would say step away from the food. I would say have a small piece of whatever you're craving and THEN step away! Also, since you seem to be craving the crunch, maybe try some celery sticks w/ peanut butter. Did I really say that? Imma take it back, cuz I wouldn't tell you to do something I wouldn't do! LOL! But it might work!

    Try to drink some water. But if you are really craving a certain food it's best to have a very small amount of what you are craving rather than to constantly deprive yourself b/c you will end up over indulging later. If fried chicken is what you want have one piece and not a breast (the biggest piece) and hold off on the potatoes or visa versa potatoes and no fried chicken. Also, if I'm craving fried chicken I sometimes use the breadcrumbs and seasoning and bake my chicken, that way I still have the crunch like fried chicken, good taste and not all the calories and saturated fats. Good luck! I know it's hard.

    DRINKING... DRINKING... GULP...gulp I'm Ok now! Whooossaaa! I was having a break down. I just had a banana and still drinking water.  so I'm filling better now. @Alf Thanks Girl and yes I was using skim milk. I will switch to soy milk immediately (drink...drink)Cat- u are so crazy!!! But thanks for the support. I think I will try some celery or either some carrots for crunch.Nel- If I'm still craving in about an hour I will have just one piece of chicken. and I have never tried that trick with my baked chicken. I will have to try that soon.Thanks so much Ladies!!!!

    This is too funny cuz I'm right there with you apiffany! I find bananas very filling as well. My boss told me the other day he's never seen so many empty water bottles in one place. Had he seen the other garbage, he would've seen empty fast food containers too! LOL! Drink up ladies!

    LOL! Cat your killin me!  Well I'm about to go over to the city market where there are alot of different food vendors, but I will go ahead and be good. (maybe) If I see some chicken I just may have to get a piece. But just one

    lol Apiffany you so silly!! but yes, down that water baby.  And just like a pp said if you are having a killer craving, just have a small amount of whatever it is, then you will realize "eh it wasnt that great" and they will slowly go away. buzz us if you need more support toots!
