  I used 4 Chicken breasts

  Oven at 425 degrees

  Bisquick  - 2/3 cup 

  Paparika - 2 tbls spoons

  Garlic salt - 2 tsps

  Italian Seasoning - 2 tbs

  Black pepper - a pinch

  
  

  Mix all together

  Melt 2 tbs butter in a pyrex baking dish

  Coat the chicken in the mixture,  put in baking dish

  Cook 15 min and then flip chicken, cook another 15 or until chicken is done.

  
  

  U can also use chicken cutlets, or chicken pieces and change the times on cooking, or amounts on ingredients

  (I actually used 2.5 cups zucchini, 3/4 cups carrots, 5 tbsps brown sugar spenda blend and 4 tbsp regular splenda. And used sunflower seeds instead of walnuts. Came out delicious!!!)
