You mentioned in a post I put up that you are renting a passenger van and a driver.  Can you give me any details on this?  How many folks fit in the van? Where did you find a driver?  How affordable is this option?I need something that holds about 30 people and only for a couple of hours max

    No problem. The van only holds 14. We've rented it from enterprise. I will have to ask FI how much it is going to cost, as I do not remember. The driver is a friend of a friend, too, so we're going to give him compensation, but that is all FI's deal. I don't do logistics well, so he's taking on the whole project. I wish I could be more helpful!!
