PSA: Bailey Banks and Biddle closing

All stores are closing. We are figuring out our day and one of our errands is getting FI a wedding band - maybe this will be the bargain of the century?

I went in the a Bailey Banks & Biddle last weekend, just to look and it didn't really seem like there were too many good deals. They really marked everything up just to mark them down. I was eyeing a pair of gold hoops (very simple no stones or anything and not too big) that were still $500!

Probably not - we've got to go to the mall anyway so we're going to stop in, but chances are we'll just walk out and go with our original plan. FI has been really picky about rings and there's only one at one particular store that he's actually liked anyway so we'll probably go get that one. I'll let you know if BBB is a rip off here too.

Agreed, Bailey Banks and Biddle is so expensive to begin with. Also, it's hard to find a deal at jewelry stores. I think they just sell their left over stock to another retailer.

Yup - they totally sucked! And we didn't even come home with a ring for him at all. The store we went to has to order his size so it will be in next weekend.
