I lost 11 inches!!

I just have to brag...I have lost 11 inches since April and I am so happy!  I plan to lose more but I am so glad I have lost what I have for the wedding (which I can not believe is in 12 days).  I have not reached my ultimate goal yet but I feel great and that is how I want to feel on my wedding day.  I have been working my a$$ off in boot camp (literally!!).  If any brides want to look and or feel better for you wedding, I definitely recommend the boot camp at Breakthru Fitness in Medford.

    Congrats and keep up the good work!!  Coming from someone who works out like a nut, I know how hard it is.  It's one of those things that while your doing it you feel like your gonna die but when your done you feel FANTASTIC!!  I'm also marrying my personal trainer (how cliche:) ) so that helps!!
