Is it too early to already start getting into shape? Is there a point? I have been told start now by some and told starting now will just make me worn out and too RELAXED closer to the wedding by others. I don't know...I just want the old me back...not too far to go thankfully...I hope.
Re: Never too early to start?
If you're only interested in getting thin to look good in your wedding dress and then plan on piling back on 30 lbs after your wedding, then by all means, do whatever the hell you want, but if you want to get fit and get in shape for your LIFE, so that you can live a long, happy, healthy life with your husband, then start now. And don't just go on a diet for your damn dress, make a lifestyle change for you.
Too early? More like it's already late.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
I agree with all PPs. I want to be hot now! Not in a few months! Besides, I can't think of a better wayto deal with the stress of planning then by workin' up a sweat!
it's never too early to start! you should want to be in shape for every day life also, not just your wedding! and if you start now you can get into the habbit of exercising and eating healthy so by the time your wedding gets closer it will be easy to do
