Wedding night HELP!!!!

I am getting married on Nov 7th and I know I should not have waiting this long but I did. I'm looking for something to wear on my wedding night for my husband after the party, and I can't seem to find anything. I want white, becuase I deserve it, but no place sells it around where I live, Ft. Wayne IN. I found a few cute things on the internet, but don't really trust websights with my payment info. Has anyone done any shopping on a websight that might help me out and not had any trouble or know of a store that I can go to? Any advice would be great!!!

Victoria's Secret? In-store or online is a good way to go. It can be scary putting your credit card info on a website but the sites are usually secure.

Fredricks of Hollywood are great. I have never had any problem with ordering from them. One thing that I had done in regards to online shopping is I have 2 bank accounts one for all my in store purchases and normal bills but an account that I transfer money to when I purchase from websites. Hope this helps.

If you are shopping online, just make sure that the web address when you put in your cc information starts with https:\\ . The "s" means that the site is secure. It is encrypted to protect your information which is not completely foolproof for anyone who is super computer savvy, but if your cc number is stolen, you can always cancel your card and dispute the charges. I agree with victorias secret being great. I have bought a bunch of stuff online from them and I have never had a problem. I don't know if you have looked at the porn stores in your area (sorry if TMI) but Ive heard sometimes they carry lingerie and I know the one in our area has a section that is nothing but white bridal lingerie.

Historically, by a bride wearing white on her wedding day was a sign of purity. However, that tradition is long gone. Maybe thats what she meant.

I dont know if I would want to be "cite" either. I want to be sexy as hell on my wedding night. But, thats me. I think he will deserve it after all the crap he will have to put up with... wedding planning, etc.

White originally became popular because Queen Victoria was the first to wear white to her wedding in the 1800s and it became a fad as people imitated her. Originally it had no symbolism at all. People attached the whole "purity" thing to it later on.

Ok guys. Thanks for the advice. Yes I ment that I am "pure" as some of you put it, and please do not feel sorry for me, I regret that statment. Both him and I have never been with anyone, and it comes striaght from the Bible and our VERY VERY VERY STRONG love for God!!!! I will do things the way I want to that night, I just wanted to know some sights where I could get some stuff.

If you're not comfortable with the wild stuff that's sold on-line, go to Sears or JCPenney and buy a full slip. Those come in all sizes and have separated cups to provide definition for your booooobies so you look nice but not whorish.

The only reason that I feel sorry for you cpowell is that you have a holier than thou attitude and pretty much implied that anyone who WASN'T a virgin on their wedding night did not "deserve" to wear white.This exactly.And thanks Stage - I knew there was more history before the QV part but I couldn't remember what it was. Either way, the white thing had nothing to do with purity originally.

I Apologize for anyone I offended, that was not my intent. What I ment by I deserve to wear white is that I really want to. I went to VS and a local shop and they tried to put me in black and pink after I had told them that I wanted white. They informed me that no one wears white anymore, which is fine but I want to wear white! I just wanted people to know that so if they gave me any websights it was for white things, not other colors. Also, I do want to look sexy, cute was maybe not the right word. I just do not want it to be whoreish, as someone else stated. Thank you ladies for the sights, I think I found what I need.

your wedding is in 4 days...but maybe you would want some other lingerie for the honeymoon? I was at Nordstroms the other day and in their lingerie section they had a table with wedding stuff...thongs and cheekies with rhinetstone "i do" printed on the hip and matching bras - light blue and white they even had a matching garder if you wanted...very pretty! I got a couple of different lingerie pieces for my honeymoon...good luck and I hope you have a fabulous wedding!
