My shower was yesterday!

I was half surprised, I had a feeling it was yesterday, but I had an awesome time.  My mom had it at her house and her and my family cooked all the food.  It was wonderful.  Now my downstairs is full of present.  I have no idea where to put things!

    That is so awesome!  Sounds like a wonderful day!!  I STILL have all of my shower goods stacked up along the walls in my dining room.  I decided not even to try dealing with finding room for everything until post wedding.   Enjoy playing with all your new toys!  And start writing thank you cards now - it is a much bigger job than I thought it would be!  Congratulations!!!

    Yay!!  I remeber putting everything away and saying that I should of registered for a bigger house b/c I didn't know where to put it all :)I agree with PP, start writing those Thank you's...I thought it would be easy but I HATED every minute of it :)

    Yaaay for showers! I half suspected when my shower was too but like you, I had a great time!  FI and I moved into our new house the week before my shower so we didn't get to finish figuring everything went until this past weekend!  I agree with pp's-thank yous took a lot of time and energy, so make sure you devote a good portion of at least one day to doing them.  And once you have finished them, you will feels so good! :-)
