  Are they HS students who can drive? If not I would remember that that means their parents would have to drive them, and many may not come because taking half a day to drive their kid to a ceremony may not be their ideal Saturday.
  
  And remember that on that day, you won't have time to go up and say hi to all of them, are they of the age where they would understand and not have hurt feelings?
  
  Is there a certain subject you teach? I would use that and your cheering to start.
  
  Something like, Coach K is getting married
  I'll be putting on a big white dress
  It may sound kind of scary
  But there's no need to stress
  The only thing I want to know
  before the day is here
  is if you'd like to come and show
  some of your (enter school name) cheer.
  
  You're invited to the ceremony of ____ and ____ @ location @ time
  
  Since they won't be invited to the reception, maybe have some cookies and punch or something set up at a park for them afterward.

  I like your poem, that could work.  I am just going to invite my cheering team and they are all in HS and their parents are all invited to the wedding too.  Thanks.

  Gotcha. I had this image of my teachers in HS who taught up to 7 classes a day inviting all of their students!

  Personally, I would really advise against this.  It's in appropriate to invite any guest to just the ceremony and not also to the reception, and to me it would be really inappropriate to have my athletes at the reception.  Assistant coaches - yes.  High school students present where I'm paying for an open bar and fully intend to partake of it?  Nope. 
  
  I'll take photos, pizza, and soda to practice one day and if they want to see the photos or talk about the wedding, they can stay after practice for that. 
  
  Also, please confirm with your principal before doing this - many prohibit just such things, unless you are friends with the students and their families outside of school and all school sponsored activities. 
  
  I really understand wanting to have them present to celebrate with you.  But, overall, I just don't think it's appropriate.
