Hotel with Salon

I am getting married aboard a cruise ship and will be flying in just a couple of days prior to my wedding.  I am looking for suggestions from how others have handled hair and makeup artists (what did you do about a trial run)?  Plus, any suggestions of hotels with salons onsite?

    I am using Destiny and Light to do hair and makeup.  Priscilla has several professionals that will come to you on your day.  Her prices are very competiive.  Here's the website: http://destinoyluz.com/

    I am a destination bride as well.  Considering logistics, I completely tossed the idea of a trial run, and am putting all my faith and confidence in Cari Collinsworth from Kyle Lynn Cosmetics.  She came highly recommended from this board.  I am very easy going, and am sure whatever Cari comes up with will be beautiful.  If this suits you, you should check her out.  She has been very sweet to deal with so far as well.

    I tried to get Darla Stafford, but it took ages for her to get back to me, and when she did, it was her husband who said she's not taking on any more brides.  Weeeirrrd.  Anyone who doesn't put info like that up on their website I don't want to do biz with anyway.
