  Ms. is appropriate for any woman - regardless of status.Miss is used for girls.My Nana is a widow and I still used Mrs. when addressing her information.   I think it is Ms. -- but I could be wrong. That said, I have been Ms. since I turned 18 and will be Ms. until I die - if men are Mr. once they turn 18 regardless of marital status, why should I be any different?
