It smells like hot dogs in the library today. It is making me weirdly hungry for hot dogs, something I would never think to crave. Is food on anyone else's mind this morning?

My stomach is growling. I want to eat, but I'm going to lunch with a co-worker at Noodle (sigh, Nugget) - Chinese food, yum. I love hot dogs, beef dogs with spicy mustard, relish and chopped white onions.

Food is always on my mind. I have to go home during lunch, so I'm hoping there's something edible there so I can eat while the dryer repairman fixes whatever my husband did to it. I might have tuna as well, and I bought a bag of baby carrots and broccoli Sunday; I might eat that too.

Oh, great... now I want grilled hot dogs for lunch. Somehow, makes the cottage cheese and tomatoes I brought seem a little less satisfying.My mind is bigger than my tummy. It somewhat amuses DH. We went to breakfast/lunch Sunday. I ordered eggs benedict, but REALLY wanted this appetizer thing because it had fried green beans and a Southwestern eggroll on it. I figured, he'd help with the chicken fingers and the cheese sticks and they'd go home, too.I didn't even get through the eggs benedict. And no green beans for some reason.Dammit, now I want fried green beans.Curse you, night_sprite!!!

Is singing at Cold Stone's a company wide thing or do they just do it at the one near me? We have local ice cream place (Kimball Farms) that makes the best ice cream, but I'd heard good things about Cold Stone's and tried it out. I just wanted ice cream, I was totally freaked out by the serenade.

The Cold Stone near me sings when you order the largest size. It's a little awkward, especially when it's just you and the workers there. But their icecream is heavenly!

I have a Thanksgiving sub for lunch, with turkey and stuffing on it. I am really looking forward to that.Also, I think about food constantly. It makes it very hard to stick to the diet that my nutritionist has me on.

Coldstone is supposed to sing, but I find that when you go in an on a weekend afternoon and it's mostly just high school kids working, the singing doesn't happen. It makes the ice cream taste that much better

Corn dogs.... oh, it's just getting better!!! Aagggh!A pile of ketchup, a small pile of mustard. Dipped in both.But not school ones - they are nasty.And boiled dogs are ICK. Must be grilled or roasted/whatever in the toaster or oven. Lots of ketchup, a little mustard, sometimes a little sweet relish; a lot of chopped onion, some cheese... occasionally some chili and slaw.I'm also craving some piping hot, perfectly salted french fries with ketchup and malt vinegar. Or maybe a little Duke's mayo.OK - I just want some food. If I didn't want to lose my parking space, I would seriously consider hitting BK for lunch. Hmm.... Maybe DH would do a run.....

No I had fettucine alfredo last night after we shot our pics...it was so good, but I eat prett healthy, so I just don't have much like that anymore. I was hurting last night and I still feel like I have a bowling ball in my stomach.
